Who we are
Walkies Store (walkies.store) is run by SwiftLab Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading as Walkies. You can contact us at support@personalwalkies.com.
Your order
When you pay at checkout you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we email to confirm your order. If we can’t fulfil your order, for example because an item has sold out, we’ll tell you and refund you in full, including delivery and any import charges.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Your total, including delivery and any import duties and taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay by card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The payment fields at checkout are provided by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We charge delivery at cost. When you enter your address at checkout we show you the tracked delivery options for your order and what each costs, and you choose one. Standard delivery is free on UK orders over £75.
Delivery times are estimates in working days and include the 1 to 2 working days we take to pack your order. Delivery is priced for the address you enter, so please check it carefully. If you need to change it after you’ve paid, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. The items become your responsibility once they’re delivered.
More details are on our shipping page.
Import duties and taxes
For orders outside the UK, import duty and tax are worked out at checkout and added to your order at cost, and the courier pays them at customs on your behalf, so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. In the rare case that a courier can’t prepay them for your country, we’ll tell you at checkout, and your country may charge them when your parcel arrives.
Returns and cancellations
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. UK customers also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Full details are on our returns page.
Faulty goods
If an item is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
