Shipping

We pack every order ourselves and post it within 1 to 2 working days. Every parcel is tracked, and you’ll get an email with the tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.

Delivery at cost

We don’t make money on delivery. When you enter your address at checkout, we get live prices from our couriers and show you what each option costs. That’s exactly what you pay.

• Standard is the cheapest tracked courier for your address.
• Faster and Express are quicker tracked options, where they’re available for your address.

Delivery times are shown in working days and include the time we take to pack your order. They’re estimates from the courier, so very occasionally a parcel takes a little longer.

Free UK delivery

Standard delivery is free on UK orders over £75. Below that, standard tracked delivery in the UK is usually around £3.75.

No surprises at your door

For orders outside the UK, your country may charge import duty and tax. We work these out at checkout and add them to your order at cost, and the courier pays them at customs for you. That means there’s nothing to pay and no handling fee when your parcel arrives. If a courier can’t prepay them for your country, we’ll tell you at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to the UK and most of the world, except Russia and Belarus. If a country isn’t in the list at checkout, we can’t deliver there yet.

Check your address

Delivery is priced for the address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully. If you need to change it after you’ve paid, email support@personalwalkies.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your parcel is posted.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, or it arrives damaged, email support@personalwalkies.com with your order reference and we’ll sort it out.
