We pack and post orders within 1 to 2 working days, always with a tracked courier. Your bag shows the estimated delivery time for your country before you check out, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to the UK and most of the world. Enter your address at checkout and you’ll see the delivery price before you pay. Delivery is charged at cost, so we never make money on it, and standard UK delivery is free on orders over £75.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
Not on delivery. UK orders never have import charges. For other countries, we work out any import duty and tax when you check out and add them to your order at cost, and the courier pays them at customs for you. So there’s nothing to pay and no handling fee when your parcel arrives.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return unworn items with their tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Email us and we’ll send you the returns address.
What size should I get?
Our hoodies, sweaters and T-shirts are unisex. If you’re between sizes or like a roomier fit for layering, go up one. The cap is one size with an adjustable buckle strap. Each product page has a size guide with the manufacturer's measurements.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local payment methods. We never see or store your card details.
Is this the same Walkies as the app?
Yes. Walkies Store is run by the team behind Walkies, the app dog walkers and pet sitters use to run their business. Every order helps us keep building it.
